Purchased Our First Dental Practice

In 2012 we purchased our first dental practice called Castle Square Dental in Exeter; it had sat on the market for over two years with very little interest. We were new to the area and within a matter of days, we had viewed and agreed a purchase price of £280,000. The partners were delighted and three months after completion all principals were enjoying their retirement, with no deferred payout.

We recognized several areas in the business that could benefit from transformation and growth. We had a huge amount of work ahead from branding to building works, systems to staffing, recruitment to refurbishment, no stone was left unturned...
