The first step for us to be able to help you on your journey, is a discovery call with Mike. This is completely free of charge, and will be a conversation with Mike so he can understand your goal in more detail, and determine how we can best help. You can also use this call to ask Mike any questions about the consultancy, and get a feel for how we work.

The Process

Every one of our clients journey’s are bespoke, below is an overview of the process we follow to give you a flavour of what working with us entails. We are always open to new enquiries, operating a get to know each other phase before we commit to working together. Like our clients, we are choosy & the timing of any engagement has to be right for all parties. Advice is served straight (very little fluff) and you must be serious about actually changing course if required.

1. In Person Practice Visit

1/2 day in person site visit where Mike will tour your facilities, learn more about you & your practice. Discussions ensue around your aspirations and current obstacles. Getting ‘under the bonnet’ of your business. This will be followed up with a bespoke action plan for your practice.

2. 1-1 time with Mike

Following the initial discovery meeting, you will then have access to Mike for one hour weekly calls, or two hours fortnightly, whichever suits your needs and schedule.  These calls are booked on a Tuesday or Thursday and are done via Zoom.

3. Knowledge, tools & processes

Throughout our consultancy programme you will receive all of the knowledge & systems that built The Exeter Dental Centre, whilst learning from our current ‘ thought processes’ and challenges at Dartmoor Dental and group build. Practice transformation takes time, hard work, vision & resilience. We all make mistakes, the trick is to minimise them. That’s where we come in.

4. Live practice case study to learn from

You will be invited on a guided day tour of Dartmoor Dental delivered by Mike, showcasing the consultancy policies applied in a live practice environment, to inform & inspire plans for your own practice.

5. Exclusive Accountancy Offer

You will receive members only access to Hesketh Healthcare's bespoke dental accountancy package* You focus on earning the money, we teach you the skills to track it and give you access to our accountancy team to do the rest.

Our bespoke consultancy package costs £2,500 a month plus VAT *.

Six month minimum engagement period, Full T&C’s on engagement.
