Two Years Later

After a couple of years, we felt comfortable appointing managers to lighten the day-to-day load, as the practice ethos, standards and playbook were in place.  Overseeing and directing the leadership team was then Mike’s role as he became nonclinical.  Exeter grew to a seven-chair associate led, award winning, market dominating city centre practice, open seven days a week practice, that oozed authenticity.
